Of course, you use this grill to smoke your meats, If others don’t want to try the food that just means more for you! On second thought, I might have to move this to the “pros” section.
On another note though, this isn’t the right grill for those that want a little more temperature control and versatility in how you use it. Some people like the basic design, but others find this grill to be limiting and difficult to use. It also doesn’t have vents like a traditional charcoal grill, so temperature and smoke control can be a bit more difficult to gauge.
